Stay away! I have my credit card taking care of things.
No email with a shipping tracking number as stated on their website. I have emailed twice, called twice. Nothing!
I never received my order. Total scam!

I purchased wall plates totaling $123.69, and despite placing the order three weeks ago, the delivery has been staggered. Unfortunately, I am still missing three of the wall plates I originally ordered.
I attempted to contact the company through their online "Contact Us" form but received no response. When I tried calling, I had to find their phone number through an online search, and upon calling, I encountered an automated service where I had to leave a message for customer service.
Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied with this experience and would not recommend this company to others.
It appears they have forgotten the importance of customer satisfaction, which is crucial for their business. Due to the poor or nonexistent customer service, I am planning to file a complaint with my local Attorney General's office.

Wallplates not standard size.
Ordered oak wall plates and when they arrived they were appreciable narrower than 'normal wall plates. This means any normal household will have to repaint around each plate.
Also the rear side of the plate isn't relief routed to accommodate the mounting flanges of the outlet which allows the place to fit flush against the wall. More junk from China.
If you open the pack, you can not return it. If you don't open it, you can't tell what's wrong with it.

This place is a scam. I placed and order on May 6th and it is now May 17th and still no items.

Avoid Wallplate Warehouse
Their website does not warn you that what you are ordering is not available or is on back order. AFTER you place your order, you will be notified that there is a delay.
They will also ship you partial shipments of what you have ordered without telling you how long it will take to complete the order.
If you decide to request a refund, you have to sent them a ton of information that is already in their own data bases.
Wallplate Warehouse online system of doing business appears to be more than 20 years old.
Not easy to use. High hassle factor.

What I ordered was 6 1duplex plates. It did not say they were out of stock .
Received 6 toggle plates instead.
I should have been notified before someone chose to just send something else. Website now says out of stock.

TERRIBLE!!!
I received this product which was cheaply made, Lowe's and Home Depot have way better quality!! 2 of the items that shipped we're not even in the original packaging nor were they wrapped.
Just thrown in the box. I returned the items at my OWN expense and they never issued me my credit. I had to contact my credit card to finally get my money back.
Screw these guys. Don't buy from them, you will be extremely disappointed with not only the quality of their merchandise but also about their terrible policy and customer service!!

10/2018 I purchased wallplates for my kitchen. The items came cheaply wrapped and packaged badly.
The wallplate packages were obviously used and were not sealed. One plate came damaged. The items were plastic and not at all as described on the website. I immediately contacted the company via the website "contact us" and email and phone.
They returned my email with a generic email response pointing me to the return instructions. I returned the wallplates as instructed in the directions within the 14 day time. They would not refund my money. I disputed the charge on my credit card, I received a credit.
Two months later the company recharged my card!
They have the damaged inaccurately described product in their possession, returned according to their terms and they recharged my card.
I have contacted my credit card again to dispute the charge and I have contacted the BBB of Dallas Texas. I want my money back this is fraudulent and illegal activity, they shouldn't be in business.

Terrible Customer Service
Ordered 3 phone jack plates. Plastic inserts do not match color of plate even though their website clearly shows a perfect match.
It's now obvious they used Photoshop. Tried to call, but got a computer generated VM. Left info, but no one called back. Emailed and they told me that the colors won't match unless a different plate is used.
DUH! I ordered it as a single unit, so they are the ones who are messing up.
I asked for a return label, but they refuse. It's clear they are just some small operation that doesn't care about pissed customers...
they just work on volume and don't waste their time providing any customer service.
Avoid these companies.... their sister company wallpaperonline is just as bad.

Terrible with returns.
Orders almost $300.00 in wall plates. I made a mistake on one plate.
I said I did. Coast me double to order a correct plate. Cost me double to send wrong one back. Return was received by them 7/5/18 @ 10:14 am.
Today 7/16/18 I have to call , we’re is my credit. Oh. Take 14 working days to process. That’s three weeks.
Then he says we are waving 20% restocking fee. You kidding me.

I would encourage anyone who purchases items from Wallplate Warehouse to read the return policy before purchasing anything. I did not.
If you open the products you've purchased to try them out, they can't be returned. I purchased a 4-toggle light switch plate and 4 outlet switch plates in Travertine Stone for my kitchen. I took them out of the packing, opened them, and put them on the walls to see how they looked. Unfortunately, the color was too dark, so I can't use them, and now I'm stuck with them.
I don't think it's reasonable that you can't try them out, but can only look at them in the packaging. I won't be purchasing from Wallplate Warehouse again due to their return policy.

Disaster
Never got plates I ordered and they never shipped the second order. Unresponsive. No one answer the phone or returns calls. I had to dispute off my credit card. I will never order from this shady business again.
In addition, they said they had stock of the product I ordered and when 5 days went by without shipping I had to contact them to find out they had a "stock problem" and the items would be sent "next week".
The rating of this company on the internet is so low. I wished I would have checked it before I placed this purchase. Lucky enough I ordered only two rooms worth of items and will not use them for the rest of the house.
Horrible customer service all the way around.
Do not buy from this company, it will cost your too much time and too much money.

Received order with 24 plates missing. These people have an ANSWERING MACHINE for customer service.
Could not get back on line to check on order. Had to get paypal involved. After 5 weeks of promises, canceled order.

Poor Customer Service- No follow through
I wrote the company the day I received the incorrect order: Received order 12/20/16 , it was not what I ordered. I ordered a Faux Stone Noce Resin - 1 Duplex Outlet Wallplate × 1 and received a Ivory Stone in a Toggle/Duplex configuration.
I will return the incorrect item and I will want a replacement. What is your process for returns? They responded: Wallplate Warehouse We apologize for the packing error. We will ship out the correct item tomorrow (that should have been 12/21/16).
